Shipping and Return Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping confirmation and 2-3 days for express shipping. All packages are shipped via USPS with 2-3 day delivery.

Returned mail: As of Oct 1, 2018 any mail that is returned to our company, the customer will be responible for paying shipping costs again.

Diva House of Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
